This is week learned all about Tzedakah! We learned that it is really an easy and practical Mitzvah in which we can all do. Every class class decorated a Tzedakah box for their classroom that they are going to try to fill up. If you have extra change or coins, please send it in with your child to Hebrew School- so during circle time when the class gives Tzedakah, you're child can contribute!
The younger class started their Bereishet curriculum, starting off learning about the 6 days of creation. Every child got to decorate a page for their scrapbook which we will compile at the end of the year with all the pages we decorated and learnt about.
We also started and had or Aleph Champ Kick Off! We are very excited to continue with our Hebrew reading and looking forward to a great year of progress and growth!
